more posts on Kitchen

This is the table that my mom got for her birthday present. it was cracked and we just recieved out new one a few days ago.
i made this. i think that it's reather cute and it could be store bought. just don't look too close or you will be able to tell that i made it.
we just did this today since my grandpa came up with his interior designing skills.
these were going to go on the wall ebhind our table but my grandpa just seemed to know that i would hit my head on the shelves and knock them off the wall and then brake the cadles my mom was going to put on them. they're now going in the family room, some where.
we finally got the trim painted!
slowly but surely our house is getting finished. after the kitchen it'll be the downstairs family room. on with the demolition!

Girls Camp

GIRLS CAMP! exactly where eveyr girl wants to be. we were loud, obnoxious-we sang songs at the top of our lungs, painted our nails, met Miss Idaho 2oo7, Sadie Quigly, made tie die shirts, and had FUN! The theme for this year was F.A.R.I.E.S. It stood for frienships awaken in rightious young women. we did just that. the camp next to ours became our camp buddies as we hit a purse pinyata and painted nails in their camp. we also played pranks on them-there were no hazardous things involved, i swear.

She kept on crying our, "Where is it?" and almost hit her own mother.
This is me. Please excuse the hair, i was a major bedhead. So much that one girl couldn't help but chuckle every time she looked at me. i pulled back and swung my softball hit and broke it open. I'm not a strong hitter; i wonder what would happen if kate, one of our best hitters, had hit it.

Our hike was monument. it was gorgeous.
trying to be happy as my father took a picture.
i do have to say that the view was worth it to look at as we came up. not to mention, the field after field full of wildflowers, it was one of the most beautiful sights i've ever seen.
This is the monument. it represents the four girls that died right there. it was raining hard and lightning was going and the lightning hit the tree in which the girls were sitting under. a few were saved, but four girls didn't make it. they came up later and built the monument in their memory.
i am so glad i went to girls camp. i loved every second. i made friendships i thought were already there and most of all did what girls do best-HAVE FUN!
